In 1980 when gold was $800 an ounce we started buying scrap gold out of a local flea market.  A few years later we began to sell gold jewelry out of our home.  About a year had gone by and we had a lot of strangers calling us inquiring about the jewelry.  At that time our children were very young so we wanted the jewelry out of our home for security purposes.  We had a family member that owned a local beauty salon who asked us if we wanted to start showcasing our jewelry out of the salon.  We opened in October, expecting to be there only a few months but ended up staying there for 9 1/2 years.  After that we moved to our present location on Blackiston Mill Rd. and have been serving people proudly here since 1996.

We have always been primarily a bridal jewelry store, importing diamonds directly from Israel and selling engagement rings from many top lines such as Hearts on Fire, Scott Kay, and Simon G, but over the past few years we have also focused our attention on being the most fashion-forward jewelry store in Kentuckiana.  We travel to many jewelry trade shows around the world every year, studying the latest trends in fashion and bring them right back here to Southern Indiana.  Many of our lines can be found at luxury department stores that aren't even in Louisville making us the go to place for the most fashionable men and women in Kentuckiana.
