Upgrades can be made any time after one year of the original purchase. New diamond price must be equal to or more than the diamond’s original purchase price. This promotion may not be combined with any other sale or special offer. This upgrade is for the center diamond only and does not include the ring or any other stones within the mounting or matching band. The diamond must be in the original condition, free of any scratches, chips, or breakage, and must be accompanied by all lab reports or documents. (Missing lab reports are subject to a $250 fee.)
We regret that special orders are not returnable, and that no refund or exchange can be made. All special orders require a 20% nonrefundable deposit. A special order constitutes any jewelry, gemstones, watch or gift item ordered or altered at the client’s request.
Custom-designed jewelry involves metals, gems and labor furnished by Koerber’s Fine Jewelry for a specific client. As such, all custom jewelry is nonrefundable and requires a 50% nonrefundable deposit before the work begins. Every effort will be made by Koerber’s Fine Jewelry to accurately manufacture or produce the item[s] so ordered. Full payment upon receipt of custom work will denote the client’s complete satisfaction. Minor adjustments, such as ring sizing or texturing, will gladly be made by Koerber’s Fine Jewelry to accommodate the wearer at either a modest fee or at no charge depending on the extent of the work involved.
WHITE GOLD ENHANCEMENT DISCLAIMER
Most white gold jewelry items are rhodium finished, thus giving a whiter color to the completed piece. The rhodium finish is not, however, a permanent treatment and wears off with time.
Returned checks will be assessed a $25 fee.
SERVICING AND CLEANING
We will clean your jewelry and check the settings free of charge. We recommend this be done at least every six months.
